Ehn's Soulographie Performance Event Reaches Climatic Presentation in New York

Erik Ehn's unique and critically acclaimed Soulographi will be performed in one week at the La Mama Theatre in New York.

Erik EhnSoulographi, a "durational performance event" looking at 20th century America's relationships to genocides in the U.S., East Africa, and Central America and consisting of 17 individual plays independently produced in over a half dozen venues in the U.S., Poland, and several in East Africa, will be performed in one week at the La Mama Theatre in New York.  The plays will be performed in rotation over the course of both a week and as a 24-hour marathon, November 11-18.  

Erik Ehn is a Professor of Theatre and Performing Arts at Brown University, Director of the Playwriting Program therein, and a member of the Core Faculty of the Contemplative Studies Initiative.
